My selfcare reset process.

STEP ONE—

HYDRATE!!

When you wake up and start your day, hydration is important to remember throughout.

If you’re looking to—

Cleanse—when you wake up, and before you ingest anything else into your body, have a glass of water with lemon. This’ll help you cleanse out your system. spiritual guidance—1 lemon slice or ½ a capful of lemon juice, with your choice of room temperature or hot water.

Absorb—water into your body for better hydration, add a spoonful of chia seeds into your mixture of water.

Energize—after, during or before a workout – make sure you have some water with a pinch of seal salt for electrolytes. It’ll help provide the body with an extra boost of energy.

STEP 2—

MOVEMENT

☆ Wear lightweight clothing

slow, controlled movements.

STEP 1—

The Warmup

Pick a number between 1-9

Circles Rotation(s)

Stretch

Deep Stretching.

Strengthen

STEP 3—

MEDITATE

☆ Find a space free of distraction.

☆ Wear comfortable clothing

☆ Relax in starting position until your body feels calm.
